NIB Thompson Center Firehawk .54

I bought this a few months ago while looking for a new project gun. Its just too pretty to cut up and camo dip so I ended up finding a different .54 more suitable for the project. This is unfired and spent its life in a safe. Beautiful walnut stock with alot of figure. The box is in pretty rough sha...

Informal low light scope test

Every winter for some reason or another I seem to always get the bug to move scopes around. I enjoy optics and like testing them out. This year I used some Christmas gift cards and bought a Leupold VXR 3-9x40 with the Firedot duplex to sit on my AR-15 since I had moved the scope from that to my daug...

Re: Knight Mountaineer.45 1-20 twist

Nice setup! :yeah: Where you guys finding UL stocks? :huh?: I bought mine right from Knight. I had called this summer asking questions about which stock would fit for my Mountaineer. The gal I spoke too (it wasn't Ashley but can't remember her name) had mentioned that the Ultralite stock would work...

Re: Knight Mountaineer.45 1-20 twist

Nice looking rig!!

I also changed out the stock on my .45 mountaineer with an Ultralite stock. Changed the feel and balance dramatically for the better. It turned the fairly clumsy mountaineer into a nicely balance hunting rifle.

Shot show news?

Has anybody heard or seen anything new for the ML world coming out of the Shot Show going on right now? The only thing new I have seen about our sport is an email from TC saying the Triumph will be offered in different camo... All the rest of the emails I've received are all about more of the same o...

Re: I'm ready, but the weather.....

I generally love winter but this one has been no fun. Way to cold to have the kids outside and not enough snow to do anything. Got the kids out sunday when it hit 30 which was nice. But now the sub zero is back. Im about 4 hours north of you and it was -20 this morning! Makes it tough to have a good...

Re: Vortex scope???

I'm a big fan of the Diamondback lines. Both the regular and HP. I have a 2-7 diamondback that now just got moved to my daughters Littlehorn and that is a great scope. It was on my Omega for a while and on my AR also. The FOV view is incredible, something like 64'. Very clear glass and a nice bold r...

Re: Sumner County, TN Possible World Record shot with Knight DISC Rifle

I personally have no clue about mature bucks. Yes almosy every opening Saturday I shoot a decent Buck. But nothing I would consider a trophy. Where they go after that first Saturday absolutely blows my mind. I'm lucky enough to live in a place where every night starting after the season I can see 15...
