recurve buck lamp

killed this buck in 07 w/recurve and got tired of it on the wall and decided to do something different with it, here is the result..

That's pretty cool!!

As an over protective father of small kids those tines at 2 year old eye level made me cringe a bit lol.
 
Now that is a cool lamp! Nice work. 8)

I cut up some of my old scraggly ones last year to make stuff like starters and such. Something like that never crossed my mind. :d'oh!:

Ive got a 150 class Euro mount with about 6 3/4 in. bases that Im thinking about making into a cool lamp, I killed it back in 2011 with a .44 mag rifle.. also have a euro mount of my buck I killed last year with .54 roundball that I might do one also...I think they look a lot cooler like this then just hanging on a wall..
 
:D I have seen the light. A nice way to make a lamp and nice balance on that deer.
