Oh yeah and this was killer. Rolled pork roast. Smoked with mulberry and basted with Chinese BBQ sauce.

Tomorrow is turkey breast on the smoker.
 
I used mulberry from a tree i lost last year. I had them cut a couple limbs into "pucks"

This one is cherry and mulberry. Its on the smoker now.

I already ate supper and am now Drooling again! :drool:
 
Oh its ready but im letting it rest under a towel until its cooled off. Over 6 hours on the smoker to hit 160F
