I am likely gonna be scoping a ML rifle this year to take advantage of Utahs new laws allowing a magnifying scope. What are your experiences using a Burris Fulfield II 3-9x40 on a ML? Seems that it would be a nice combo. Haven't decided if I will scopes my Knight Wolverine 209 or if I will try and find me a Knight Disc Elite or similar. Thoughts?

The Fullfield 2 should work just fine if it has enough eye relief. I prefer a minimum of 3.5 inches throughout the zoom range. As for the quality its in the Redfield Revenge, Revolution, VX1 series.

Have owned, and installed for customers, MANY FFII's over the years on guns of low and high recoil. Never had an eye relief issue. IMO I'd put the glass quality just a little closer to VX2 than VX.

I had one on my Omega a while back. Got scoped twice, changed it out.
Huh...interesting. When mounting a scope do you prefer to set final eye relief on high power, low power or in between.
