Tripod for spotting scopes

Anyone have one of these and if so, how do you like it? Is it sturdy, keeping limited shaking to the spotter?
I thought my fairly good but old camera tripod would work but, touch the scope and you can't stop it from shaking the view... bad.

After spending more time reviewing tripods than most likely necessary, I pulled the plug on this: http://www.amazon.com/700DX-Professiona ... +pro+700dx

This isn't going to be a hunting tripod. Just for range work. Should be here by Tuesday.

Sure is. Its SOLID, SOLID, SOLID. No viewing movement when focusing, even at 60x

Youll be happy with Slik products. I have a dual purpose carbon fiber that is awesome. Expensive,but will last forever. Good luck with it!
