I called CVA and told them the thimble that held my ramrod on had come off my gun, they sent me a customer authorization form and told me it would be about 3 to 4 weeks. I sent my gun back to CVA.
My gun was back in 1 week, fixed.
One thing I didn't like was CVA took out my breech plug and firing pin bushing and cleaned the teflon tape off. They said they recommended breech plug grease. They applied something like anti seize. It took a long time to clean the threads on the Breech Plug and the firing pin bushing and threads in the gun, that stuff got everywhere. I don't see how anyone could put up with that stuff, once you use teflon you will not go back. Any way I put teflon back on my plugs and got them in my gun.
CVA also gave me 30% off an order over $50.00 for merchandise, I thought that was nice.
All in all I would have to give CVA a big thumbs up, I would recommend them to anyone.
