700 ml 209 conversion

I have a remingtion 700 ml I picked up a while back for dirt cheap and its mint only problem with it is its #11 ignition. I've heard that there is a gentleman in northern Ohio making some pretty good conversions that work well with BH 209 any one know who I am talking about or have his info ? Since the encore is shooting so well I need something to play with thanks

Yes it does come with a breech plug with ventliner.
