The Barnes's alignment tool fits very snugly on the T-EZ bullet and is just a tad smaller in diameter than the bore. Using this tool, which screws into the jag end, ensures that the bullet is seated the same way each and every time. Does it help, I have no idea but I use it? Using the tool, it seems to me, that there is no way that the end of the bullet will be deformed or mared by the loading process.
