Pretty good buys on the Pistols and a few rifles on the CVA Site. These are a lot better prices than I paid back in 2011 for my V1.

The SS/Black pistol for $230. SS/Camo for $264. These are excellent shooting pistols, with outstanding triggers. Can load up to 100 grain charges of Blackhorn 209 or 777 for hunting.

They sent me an e-mail with some overstock/closeouts, while supplies last until 2-28-2018.

Hey Busta...Would I have to also buy a BH209 breech plug for this pistol or will the stock BP shoot BH209?

Buy the 209 plug from the get go. I tried 209 using the standard factory plug and had very limited success with it. The 209 plugs that I have for three guns make 209 flawless.

For best performance and reliability, get the Blackhorn plug if using Blackhorn 209. The standard plug could be modified with a vent liner also.

Western Powders and CVA both sell their own version of Blackhorn Breech Plug. Both work well.
