That bullet loves all the speed it can get to expand. If you expect impacts under 1900fps i would look at other bullets.
60-63gr N120 will give you 2300fps+ to just a tad over 2400fps MV. Thats pretty much a max load too. I don't think ive used Re7 with a 275gr but you will need roughly 63-66gr to get about the same speed as N120.
