Optima Break Action/Breach Plug Trigger Re-assembly

Postby esmillie » Thu Nov 30, 2017 7:20 pm

Hello everyone, new to the forums because of my dire need.
I took my Optima to the range yesterday, did a quicky clean yesterday evening. This AM I decided to take the trigger assembly apart because if felt pretty gritty. Problem: I can't get the dang thing back together. Other forums say send it back to CVA because they have a special jig. I am not paying $50, 1/4 the price of when I bought it, for 3 springs, the hammer, and the trigger; Plus it is a 2 month wait time.
Does ANYONE have photos, video, or steps on how to assemble the trigger again? CVA has ZERO information online.

Thank you
