I freeze smoked meats all the time. Make sure you wrap twice to prevent freezer burn. I use Saran Wrap first followed by butcher paper or aluminum foil. Could last up to a year if you can keep from eating it first !

I use this method with freezer paper as the second layer for fresh venison. I am still using VERY good-tasting meat from 2009. Keeping the air off the meat is the key.
