Cut breast meat across the grain in about 1/4" wide strips. Marinate in your favorite BBQ sauce (don't have to marinate, but if you have time it helps). Cut a strip of bacon in 1/2 length and place a strip of meat on it. Then slice a piece of jalapeno pepper and put it on. You can also put a dab of creme cheese on if you like (delicious, and amazingly enough the cheese doesn't turn to liquid). Roll them up and hold with a toothpick and brush on more BBQ sauce. Place up under the broiler and broil just until the toothpicks start to burn and the bacon is sizzling (meat should be cooked no more than medium).

These don't last long on the table! :wink:
