2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 Cloves of garlic chopped
1 Teaspoon onion powder
2 Tablespoon soy sauce
2 Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup pomegranate or cranberry juice
Fresh ground pepper

Marinate for as long as you wish but no less than 30 minutes. Enjoy!

what do you use the marinade on? Fish, beef, venison, pork? It sounds excellent. I have to try that sometime.

I use it on everything you listed. There's no limit. I'll take a top round roast of venison and use the marinade on that. I put all of the ingredients in a gallon sized ziploc bag, shake it well, and then put the roast in the bag. I put it in the fridge for several hours and turn the bag every so often. Then I'll throw everything in casserole dish and bake it in the oven. If you're going to use it on fish make sure it's a firm fleshed fish. Using the marinade to baste fish on the grill is also very good. I've tried a lot of marinades and this one ranks at the top. Another thing, you can substitute the onion powder with a fresh diced onion.
