Bear season finally got going for me this week and here are some pics of my first visitor.

Very nice pics! Do you ever have issues with bears destroying your cams? Back when we used film trail cams most times we would find them in pieces scattered around. Now that we've switched to digital cams they just seem to sniff and lick em. Makes for some cool pics tho
 
I find that if I handle the camera with clean hands and dont track bait on my boots, they will leave it alone more often than not. I do however still get some cool sniff photos like this.

I'm going back tomorrow to see what else the camera saw. I don't have real high hopes because the weather has been so cold and stormy, but we'll see.
 
Now that is a great picture. I love the patch on his chest. He should be holding a sign..Only you can prevent forest fires!
