Posting a photo and information for fivebull........
Congrats on a nice whitetail and the long range harvest!

"I connected tonight. It was 408 yds.. 94 grns 2 ff swiss 525 grn HP, GG. Knight .45"

That is one nice big Doe! Congrads Fivebull on the long shot harvest!

Wow that's a big ol gal! Nice shot also!

Fine shooting and that is a dandy old doe.
Looks like ole girl that hangs out at the long range silhouettes.
Where did that big lead impact her?

about last rib, shot a little left. went in about where gun stock is. The shot could have been better. It cut spin in half

Fine shooting at that distance. She looks very dead . Good job!

congrats...nice big doe..but a great shot...slinging a big piece of lead that far is a great shot...big bullet for a .45...

Al

Very well done. Look at her long nose!
Now that is 2 over 400 you've shot..
Too bad the HP bullet went thru - would have like to have seen it.
I have to say, I like that bullet !
Congrats

that is true, 2 over 400 yds. but what is interesting is the same bullet used in two different guns and works. I noticed about 1 1/2 inches of spine gone.
Still I couldn't have done it without Jason D. as a spotter.

Boy that was a shoot and a fine deer. that knight must be a 1-20 twist or 1-18 shooting lead like that. :applause:
