I figured I wasn't gonna eat another turkey tag, i shot the first decent size bird i seen this year, it was a decent size Jake, our spring weather was wet and nasty, This is the only day i hunted

These Merriams have a Lot of white on them, i have heard that we have a few Rio up here in Northern Idaho, and Crosses between Them and our Dominant Merriams, I can't remember ever seeing a Rio anywhere around here? Just the Merriams and lots of them. They sure look neat when they are puffed up and fanned out!
