.40 vs .45 ?

I never had luck getting sabotless solid coppers to shoot worth a hoot using BH209. The Lehigh full bore will shoot but nothing like a Barnes. I would get a couple that were fine then the random keyhole. If you anneal them you might have better luck than i did.

SST would shoot if the sizing was just right. Had random flyers too but hotter loads helped a lot.

Oops, and dont remember trying the regular XTPs but those might work. Jacket is thinner.

Being a .45 fan I recommend that caliber. Most of the deer I've killed were taken with a .45.
