Went to an estate auction yesterday. Some guns were listed but nothing sounded interesting as described. Sale bill only listed them as 2 .50 cal Italian muzzleloaders and 1 .54 cal Italian muzzleloader. I went more for some antique tractors. Anyways I get there and one of the .50 cal. muzzleloaders was a lefthand Charles Daly made by investarms. Now I'm interested. It happened to be the second item sold and I got it very reasonable. My experience is guns sell high at auction, I rarely find deals but every once in a while I have. It has some handling marks but the bore is excellent. Over all it seems like a good quality muzzle stuffer.

Anyone here have one?

I'll have to check the twist, just figured they used some compromise twist like T/C did.
