Be sure you’re sitting down when you start searching eBay for Encore stuff. Sticker shock is a real possibility.

I watch Encore stuff pretty closely, and laminate stocks are still being made thus priced more reasonably. Anything proprietary TC like factory stocks and barrels is pretty insane. I saw a well used ProHunter flex tech stock/forend sell on eBay last week for $273.

You can always camo it yourself. Its not that hard or you can send it out to get dipped.

Agreed on the price of original TC stuff. Saw a new wood muzzleloader forend going for $160. At one time my gunsmith had a box of open sights he had removed from TC barrels. He has since sold them all on eBay.
