Got my first Powerbelt bullets today!

Hello from Germany!

Yesterday I got my first box of Powerbelts in .50, 295 grs HP copper solid. Will test them tomorrow with 90 grs op bp (Pellets).

Good luck, and have fun shooting! I used that same bullet this past year on my first ever ML hunt,and taged a nice doe. I like them alot.

dont use 90grs! Its to much for the 245. Check out the Test bullets area for the 245 to learn on what powder charges to use.

If they had been the Aerotip i would have said maybe, but with the Hollow Point, use the 80gr charge.

That won't work with the pellets, beause the have 33grs. But they don't bring as much speed as loose bp. So I'll have a try.
