Knight Elite Warne base

I had the part number for the Warne Maxima 2 piece mounts for the Elite put up but now I can't find them. Anybody got them handy? I want the black matte finish. I have a set of the QD Warne rings, just need another set of bases. I am going to put a new Zeiss Conquest 3X9 on the SS Elite I got from RW a few months ago.

Thanks for the quick reply. I knew they were both the same, I just couldn't remember the number. I have got to place my "birthday order" with Midway the next day or two. I hope they have these, but seems to me like they don't carry either the Elite or the Savage mount. Don't remember which one. Anyway, thanks for the help.
