We here in Fl zone C5 get - on private land that we must reside on, get 3) 2 day segments to shoot up to 2 does. They both can be harvested the same day ( which is really nice ).
I haven't been back in my stand since opening day a month ago. Its 65* at 5am with a high of 72* wind 5-8mph with gusts up to 18mph out of the northwest ( thee worst wind direction possible for me ) but in about 30 min I'll be headed out to climb a pine tree. If I don't see anything by 1pm I'm moving my stand & callin it a day & will hunt again Sunday.
Good hunting to everyone else thats headed into the deer woods this morn.
