Leupold rings on Warne bases?

I want to install Leupold Back Country Cross slot rings on Warne 2 piece (Vapor) bases for my new Weatherby Vanguard. Will these rings fit the slots on the Warne Bases? I have a picatinny rail with those bases on it now, but that restricts the access to the magazine box. Best fix?
