Bottom pic is a close up of that barrel on that PA. It's starts out octagon and turns into a round barrel 33's long.

Any ignition problems with the flinter? I never shot one but it seems they would have more problems igniting the powder.

I like 'em all, especially the flinter.

I haven't shot the flinter a whole lot but the 20 or 30 times I did I didn't have a hang or miss. It fired every time the flint fell.  :cheers: 
I was shooting 50 grains of Goex 3F with a .530 ball with a .018 lubed patch and #11 Remington caps.  :scratch:
