Here a great breader for those who like to deep fry their fish. They also have products for chicken etc. Its the best I've found. An ole fisherman I met in Wachapreague, VA while flounder fishin years ago put me on to it and I've been usin it ever since. I used to make my own mixes of flour, crackercrumbs, and/or cornmeal, spices etc. but this stuff is the finest texture I've ever come across. It is specifically milled to be a breader. You can order direct if stores in ur area dont carry.
