For a Omega Z5 50 cal never fired since S&W put a new barrel on it have paper work from S&W for new barrel. It’s been a queen safe.
Also have a Boyd pro varmint stock.
New ram rod also have the old one and new dura sight scope Mount @ rings Also have front & rear site.
Thinking about selling it or trading for a flintlock 45 or 54 cal.

Also upgraded the recoil pad to a limb saver on the camo stock.

I would think somewhere in the $500-$700 range - maybe a little more with the Boyds added

Personally I think even $500 is over optimistic, there are a slew of Omegas on GB, scroll through them and try and see where it fits in with what’s available.

Yeah, $300-$400 is the general range for used Omegas. One with a new barrel and an extra Boyd’s stock puts it over $500 IMO. Current bid prices don’t tell you much - you need to do an advanced search for completed items on GB. And when you do that there aren’t many comps so it’s really worth (as they all are) whatever someone is willing to pay.

Another option would be to use the boyds stock and the action for a new mark woodman build in a smokeless .45 cal . That new barrel and thumb hole stock aught to bring in $200 -$225.

Going with 45cal 1:24 24” button barrel for sabot.
