Called CVA Customer Service today, Chad answered the phone about 3 seconds after clicking the Customer Service number "0".

They are saying a May release on the Paramount, as of today. Obviously with a new launch, that could be subject to change.

I am going to try and get to that show that is supposed to have one for shooting next weekend. I’ll let you know if I can make it work.

I almost placed a order on Paramont twice . I wanted to get my hands on one just to see what they are capable of .I wanted to see how they would compare to my Knights. I am a impatient person the long wait discouraged my interest.

Toby posted a review of his shooting one but since it’s Toby I don’t put much stock in his reviews. He is bought and paid for .

Toby doesn't even have one. He posted some first thoughts about it back in mid February, after the SHOT Show. It appears he's still waiting on a production model to wring out (review).

Unless I missed it, this is all I've seen?

One thing I forgot to mention about CVA's Customer Service.

Sure is nice to have a real person answer the phone immediately, and not have to wait in a queue for up to a half hour or so, or worse yet nobody answer the phone after several attempts.

I guess I've never seen his Facebook page. When was that posted, you cut off the date. Is that all he had to say?

Must be one of those "keep your friends close, and your enemies closer" kind of things? I'm surprised some would even waste their time!

I tried for awhile to figure out how I could buy one early then kinda lost interest . In my opinion they show cased the rifle way to early . Maybe that is common I really don’t know ? I may still buy a Paramount just to do some comparisons.

In the mean time I talked Knight into trying some different things . I have a couple prototype barrels I’m wringing out now. If things pan out like I think they will . Knight will have the fastest flattest production muzzleloader that I know of being built.But... like the Paramount not available to anyone yet.

That’s all he had to say. I guess he is suppose to put his review on his website after the NRA show. Date says April 10 but that is an obvious typo. I think he meant May 10. He posted that just a couple days ago I think. I just happened to see it in my newsfeed. I don’t normally pay much attention to him

In a .45...……. ??

I ordered one just to play with and see how it shoots. Was told by CVA delivery first week of April. Not a fan of paying for something and waiting 2 or 3 months to get it.

No, meaning I called CVA early March and they told me they would be ready to ship first week of April. So I ordered one from Muzzleloaders.com. Now CVA is saying hope to ship by end of May. Long time to wait for something you’ve already paid for.

I agree I don’t order unless something is in stock and ready to ship. I hate waiting then it don’t ship when expected only makes it worse

I am really interested in what this Knight rifle might be like... Of course I am a hunter so I am hoping it comes out as really versatile rifle with options that would allow it to be used by a typical hunter and a long range competition shooter. I guess I also assume it would have smokeless abilities and hopefully with the ability to use BP Subs.

No it is just that CVA should have had it out for sale by now. About like thread on pressure seems it got off track too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awfully Shilly in here.

They'll probably release it when it's ready.
