My girlfriend has the R10 Ravin. She loves that bow and I love that it’s safe, easy to operate,
and very accurate. It has a number of features that make it safer than most crossbows.
First, it automatically moves the safety to SAFE after the shot. Second, the crank system
ratchet lets you stop at any point and rest without any possibility of slipping.
Third, it cannot be dry fired. When the arrow is loaded an audible click tells you
it is ready to go.
It‘s so accurate of the bench I only shoot one arrow per bull until I reach 40 yards and
even then it’s very easy to damage the bolts. Great bow!
The only downside is it will require service sooner than later and to do it yourself
you need a bow press. I’m planning on doing the service and don’t think it will be difficult.
