What the story with the GM 54 never heard of this one was it a limited run what model is it?
Very limited. Green Mntn built it on the Knight patents while Knight was technically out of business. Its an awesome little .54 carbine. Model GMB54-120 is the cal and twist rate, 1 in 20”

😳 I added that GM-54-120 to my watch list and was going to bid if it stayed reasonable. It’s up to $805 already! Congrats Billy!

Green Mountain Limited Edition Brush Gun was the actual name. Only came in 54cal with a 20" barrel. 1-28 twist. Unique lamimate stock with narrow pistol grip and checkering on the bottom of the forearm. Very nice trigger, a step above most Knights. Wider shoe and fully adjustable. SS model had jeweled bolt. Dont think the blued did.

500 total made, 250 in SS and 250 in blued but i doubt they came close to selling all 500. New they were under $450 shipped to your door in a hard case.

Thank you.
So it don’t have a 1:20 twist barrel it’s a 1:28

I am 100% certain the GMB54-120 is a 1-28 twist. In a 54cal that will stabilize a 580gr like its nothing. Even Doc White used 1-28 for 54cal.
