I finally got my Fast Twist .36 Cal Back (1:15 Twist) The hang up was a 1” Breech Plug, Nearly impossible to find! After we waited a Few months for a New one with no such luck, Jim finally decided to Go with 1 off a TC .54 Cal Renegade Barrel that i had left with him.

This Barrel Shoots AWESOME!! This was my very first outing, My Bullets were fitting WAY to tight for my liking. And My Globe insert was Not a Good Match to my Target, stil Shot Good Though :lewis:

My Sizer die showed up Day before yesterday, i Got it Customized, I Sized up a bunch of bullets for Testing. Yesterday was “Dial in” Day, I got 100, and 200 Yards Bug Nutz on :lewis: This thing shoots AWESOME!! My target looks Awful Small out there, it is at the Very end of that Snow. I need to pick up some MR52 Targets (200 Yards) At BACO

Awesome. I’d have to drive my car to check the target Lewis.

Lew, as usual, Great Shooting! Can't wait to see your next report after the bullets been properly sized for your bbl. The blueing job looks fantastic. Too bad you didn't make a video on how you did it. I don't plan on blueing any of my bbls unless you can use the same process to perform touch-ups? But maybe if someone is buying a un-blued bbl, they may be able to save a few dollars by following your video? :D

Nice rifle. Love the bullet too. It is amazing the laws for hunting with certain calibers. A 150 grains 30 caliber in a 30 06 is acceptable but this bullet is not in many places. Just doesn't make sense to me. I could understand a bullet weight / muzzle energy restriction. Good stuff Lewis.

40cal is minimum here too. Its because people might use a PRB instead of a conical or sabot. That load should easily beat the 38-55.
