Missed the first week of turkey season in Maine as I was in Hawaii hunting and fishing. Got back Tuesday and went out yesterday. Dead silence, not answering the call. I put the sneak on three jakes and was able to get within 20 yards and take one with my Knight TK 2000 using black powder.4 1/2" beard. Better than nothing!

Good deal, any turkey killed by stalking is a good one very hard to sneak up on.

Hey, Jake or Big Gobler don't matter, you did it the hard way by stalking it and scored! WAY TO GO!! Besides, I bet the Jake won't be as tough and will be a better eating bird.
