15639088407648037887504031977734.jpg Today i finally was able to get a good condition MK-85 in stainless .50 with Nikon scope and a couple days ago I got the White Lightning .504 i bought on GB. I'm really looking forward to getting some range time with them. I have a few pounds of Swiss and Goex in both 2&3f as well as some t7 2f. I've gotta cast some bullets for the White. Ive already got some Hornady XTPs to try in the MK.

Today - definitely Knights - yesterday Whites were awfully hard to beat.

I have both of those rifles also and I think I would go with the MK first... although they are very complementary of each other.

Be careful with the stock of the White Lightning they can break at the pistol grip.

I couldn’t vote either as I like 3 out of the 4
Hard to beat a White for conicals ,especially if the White happens to be a 451 Super 91 .
Hard to beat a Knight especially if it’s a Fast twist Disc, Mountaineer or Ultralight .
Tc Omega was a great gun for sabots. The falling block action was as good as it gets .
So any of those 3
CVA. .... well ...... everybody can buy all them
I wouldn’t own one if it was free . The only exception might be the new Paramount .Thats the only one that might get me to quit hating CVA’s :)

I'm a little biased. My old MK85 is the only ml I've tagged anything with.

My first ML was a cva hunterbolt iirc. I took a few deer with it. My current hunting ML is an Accura V2 PR that i will neverg rid of. Im still saving to get the new Accura in .45. it's a fast twist same as the paramount.

I voted TC but would have to put an asterisk by it. Bare bones stock of probably go a different route but since I started playing with aftermarket Encores they're by far my favorite.

I have owned all above except for Knights. I still have my first ML .54 Renegade (pre QLA) I sold the rest with the false muzzle. My first White a .451 S91 is my go to deer killer, love that gun! So a White vote for me! I have several more, all shooters. I did get a Optima V2 with nitride barrel for sloppy weather hunting, its a shooter also for a sabot shooting rifle, has helped fill the freezer too.

I did not vote but i really like MKs for old school and the older Omegas were one of the best mass produced rifles ever built. An Omega X7 or the Cabelas Drury Dream Season in a wood stock would be awesome to own.

No fair vote for me on this one as the only one listed, that I currently own is a conversion sml. I have previously owned all but the white and all were better than my abilities and understanding at the time.

I have 2 Knight Bighorn rifles, one SS long barrel and an earlier model blued with a shorter barrel. White rifles may be as accurate but can't be more accurate than mine shoot because I'm shooting same hole shots at 50yds with saboted 45cal bullets. I'm using BH209 in the blued one and 777 in the SS one. Both are more accurate than any of my centerfire rifles. I have nothing against White's but there's nothing wrong with the Knight's. I understand Knight made some cheap versions in the past with imported parts and I'm a firm believer in getting what you pay for. Don't expect high quality from cheaply made products and you won't be disappointed. Love, ya'll!

They made one model overseas and it flopped. They made several others trying to compete with cheap imports but they were American made as far as i remember.

Lol I feel the same way . I like them all

I didn't vote but I guess the twist rate of the White's wins me over because I cast and shoot heavy lead. I also prefer the safeties on the White Rifles. Don't get me wrong though, there is a soft spot in my heart for the Mk-85s. I happen to own more than a few of them and they are all I'd ever need in a hunting or target rifle out to 150 yards or so. My first muzzleloader was a CVA Apex and it shot powerbelts great right out of the box. Didn't do so great with other bullets but it sure liked them 295 grain powerbelts. Problem was I didn't like the way the powerbelts blew up if you hit a bone, even a rib bone.
All my muzzleloaders at the present time are White's and Knights.

The New Lehigh ML will easily beat them all for hunting purposes. The safest, cleanest, simplest ML ever designed by a long shot right out of the box.

I doubt that . I know enough about it to know a lot of people won’t be Interested in it. Me for one . And smokeless isn’t legal in a lot of states
