So Leapfrog, How did those Neos Overshoes work out for you?

I realize this thread was started a year ago, and the last post almost two months ago, but I can add something for those that are interested. I have a pair of these issued for work. The Neos do a good job of keeping water, slush, and snow out, and off, your footwear. However, if you tend to perspire a fair amount through your feet, you will get perspiration pooling in the inside the overshoe, pooling on the bottom. Especially if you velcro the tops of the overshoes tight to your legs. I found this out the hard way, and ended up with perspiration soaked tennis shoes. So buyer beware.
