Finally

I broke the ice for 2019. Big doe at about 70 yards,shoulder shot and short tracking job=got meat in the freezer. Shot it with my Optima V2 and a 295gr. Powerbelt.

Nicely done! Takes the pressure off getting one in the freezer.

It’s always good to get one on the ground.

Thanks all. PowerBelt performed like they always do for me,thru and thru with a great exit hole. Most of my shots are under 100 yards and I use 2 White Hots to push a 295gr. bullet,11 deer with this combo and only had to track 2. I read alot of horror stories about lost deer with PowerBelts but they just flat out work in this rifle with good shot placement.
This is the exit hole on 1 I killed last season,turned the lungs to jelly and DRT.
