Took TH back out today with some Swiss 2F, ignition was instantaneous. 1st shot on clean barrel w/300 gr XTP was pretty much dead center 2 inches high, next 3 went left about 1.25 inches high for wht reason I dont know unless it was me, next 3 went right back in with 1st shot.. 3/4 in ctc at 52 yds with green harvester crush rib sabot, 85 gr Swiss 2f and .44 300 gr XTP.
Next target was shot at 101 yds just because that's where I happened to stop truck to check yardage, same combo 1 3/4 in. ctc would of been smaller but I pulled last shot.. it was windy enough that every time I left my cushion on hood of truck it would blow off or to other side of hood.
My last group I decided to try the Barnes 250 gr MZ or Expander not sure if they are same bullet with 85 gr Swiss 2F..no change just shot, 3 shots went into 3/4 in ctc, needless to say this will be my hunting load.
