had a Thompson center breech plug laying around from my first original omega. It Was replaced last year when I couldn’t out why my groups were spreading on a fun that had **** fantastic for over ten years..Anyways.. I had a .177 cal pellet rifle laying around with a bad seal on the pump..I threaded the external surface of the pellet barrel then I Drilled and threaded the interior of the face of the breech plug and then drilled it completely through with an 1/8” bit. It was About A 30 minute project. Also I Added an o ring to keep it from backing out with vibration..the conversion slides right in from the back and screws in like a normal breech plug. A w209 primer sends a pellet down range at just over 1000fps. No powder just the primer..alot will probably ask “why?” and I don’t really have a reason other than I had both the extra breech plug laying around along with the pellet gun barrel and the idea came to my mind one day.

That is fast for a primer only, interesting concept.

Hot damn....a muzzleloading pellet gun. I like that. I'll bet those light little pba pellets would scream. I was just looking at a crow eyeballing a feeder in the yard. I can see this little idea puffing feathers on those black demons....lol

Havent tried the high velocity pellets. If I see any tonight I’ll grab some to test out. I do need to get a .17 cal cleaning kit. The w209 primers leave a mess right at the base of the barrel where the pellet sits after about 10 shots I found I couldn’t seat the pellet all the way
