I was about to order some from McMasters. Package of 100 I see.
( Busta , I saw your measurements of 6x8mm. Stick with that size? Saw the www.mcmaster.com/9262k103 too. )
I don’t need 100.
I’ll be glad to share n/chg.

That's the correct size for behind the threads on the firing pin bushing. Not to be confused with the optional 4.5mm I.D. x 6.5mm O.D. size that goes in the primer pocket.

Just slide it over the threads.

I have been thinking of this also. If you order them I would be interested for both my optima V2's an pay shipping.

I'd be in for three of the shims and willing to pay for the stamp plus a couple bucks toward your expense of getting them.

I would like to have some extra for our 2 Optimas as every time I clean the bushing the oring "screws" off and is getting torn up.

When you order you might call them and ask about shipping in an envelope. They normally come in a box and you pay for a lot of excess weight.

I just ordered today 100.
I’m keeping 20
Will be sending wild Willy 20
toytruck 20
vaguru 20
Mr Tom? Shims or o-rings

Friends send me your mailing info.

There seems to be a bit of confusion on what I'm offering here by some members.
Wild Willy , Toytruck and Vaguru the exception. Will send you guys as stated above.

As the subject lines says:
"CVA o'ring for fp bushing".
This means a buna-N O ring. And it is for the firing pin bushing as Busta kindly posted a picture. Not the PRIMER pocket.

Knowing how these OP's can take a life of their own, somehow the idea of metal shims came up as being offered.
Starting from the beginning and reading,
I don't have clue where that idea came from in my offering /posts.
Just a clarification.NP

The above from McMaster Carr.
I was also looking at the Viton o-rings. Higher temp rating but also a harder ply. 75A

I wasn’t about to pay the ridiculous CVA price and shipping.
Found them on Amazon for .10 for 100. Prime too!.
M-muzzy is correct. About anything except fire.

Thanks go out to gle3105, received the orings today, THANKS! Maybe I can do you a favor in the future. Thanks again!
