I own a bunch of Knights now but the t-bolt was my first. Bought it new at Bass Pro in Orlando a long time ago. The bolt assembly is unique. Mine takes a bare 209 primer. I killed a few deer with it after first getting it. I still have it but haven’t shot it in years.

My brother got his Iowa buck last month. Both antlers came off. One when he rolled it over right after shooting it. The other when we unloaded it from vehicle. I saw a few bucks with one antler in late December In Iowa.

I was hunting in Florida last week and stepped over this pigmy rattler. I’m in n/w Iowa now for the late muzzleloader.

My wife is in to scrapbooking and has a Cricut that she uses to make greeting cards and other arts and crafts. I gave her some pillow ticking and had her make me some patches. She made about a hundred and it only took a couple minutes to program machine. She can make any size!

Tiger Bay

I have hunted out just about everything. I started using a saddle in the middle of last season. I have a Cruzr saddle , Cruzr platform, and 4 climbing stick set up. It’s relatively easy to get the “hang” of. There’s a lot of YouTube videos about them if you want more info.

Shot this pig on public land at about 9:30 am on the edge of a swamp. Load was 80 grains of 777 and a a 460 grain No Excuse conical. This is the first pig taken using my tree saddle. Pig was about 30 yards away and made it maybe 60 yards.

I never knew they only made 40 Knight LRH with the thumbhole stock. I bought mine out of a Cabela’s bargain cave some years ago.

I shoot the 460’s out of a old Gonic with 80 grains of 777 ffg. Works like a charm on Iowa Whitetails.

I use hundred grains of loose 777 ffg with Remington #11 caps in one of my MK 85’s. I still get a little bit of the crud ring. Gun is very accurate and has always fired. I have hunted with it in the extreme cold January’s of Iowa and the swamps of Florida.

This is the sizer that Gonic made to size the conical down to .500. Mine is not for sale but I thought It may help you in your search. It took me a while to find one a few years back.

I have used the hard plastic grasshopper crank bait to catch them in the past. I have a couple ponds I have access to that are loaded with crappie. The white marabou jig with white head and black eye works the best for me. Wife and I caught a “few” for dinner a week ago.

I still hunt with a old 50 cal gonic. I picked up a old gonic sales catalog several years ago which listed all their guns and accessories. I’d post pictures of the catalog but it’s up in Iowa at my brothers house. I bought the 460 grain no excuses especially made for gonic’s.
