Anybody out there know of a place to get Real Black (Swiss, preferably) either of these two states? I live in south central Tn but commute to work in Huntsville Al. Looking for some way to pick some up without paying hazmat fees.

I dont know where you got the idea about a 1/20 twist being useless. A fast twist is considered better for heavy (long) bullets to stabilize the projectile. Slower twists up to about 48, will shoot conicals if they arent too heavy. Above 48 are generally considered round ball shooters. The 28...

Thanks for posting these. Do you think my T7 3f estimate of 1500 fps is low, based on your results?

My load is 75 grs Triple 7, 3f, home cut wad, and my 338 gr conical cast by Ed Mehlig. Fired it 3 times at game, drt each time. All pass thrus, not recovered one yet. Estimated velocity is 1500 fps.
