That was the size of the sabot alone. I can measure it with bullet in it. Here is a picture 1.39, I was referring to how far the pedals are spread out. Almost like the sabot is too thick

The Sabot measures .778 It looks like the sabots are almost too thick for this bullet. When I push it down it really spreads the pedals out. Im going to shoot some tomorrow

Just received my shipment of the pulled 270 Speer .430 bullets. In the packages they sent them with sabots. I have never seen them before. I'll post a picture later when I get home but they are a clear plastic short Sabot. Anybody have the same experience?

Yea, its weird because they are cupped; just not as dramatic as the 270 gr 44 Speer version.

Yes, a mild cup You're pretty much look just like the base on the 270 deep curl bullet now that I look at it If you look at the picture on the left is a deep curl 270 on the right is the 45 caliber 260 it's not as pronounced with the cup but it is definitely still there

You would have to contact them but from what Ive seen they only make them for shotguns. I dont know if the 410 version could work. But give em a call

The adapter cleans up in like 5 minutes.... I just spray it with simple green and wipe. The flash hole is really big compared to a ML plug so I just blow it out
