It is my favorite hunt time for deer scince they legalize crossbows and the woods are full of instant archers. Took that favorite hunt of mine to a low No orange and woods to yourself with the flintlock. I am ready.

Yes I guess then when I do shoot my long range guns with some new moulds I bought ,I will try the difference on groups between the two, will post the results. I only use swiss powder.

Yes ,these are leftover from when I had a revolver, these are Remington brand and says one the packet ,new 40% more flame volume. Plan one using these ones my long range target guns.

Thanks ,I had one one my custom sidelock turkey barrel yesterday and was a tight fit had to get my knife blade under it to pry it off. Just was wondering if there was any power different in the two sizes..

Is there a difference in these as I found 500 of #10 in my stuff now will they work in my sidelock rifles.

can you get more then one bird in WV, you can here in pa, and this year is one of the best years for bird count then I have seen in years in the NW pa. Our season opens Saturday and Jr was in last Saturday. Again great bird with blackpowder.

Nice bird, nothing like a tk2000 to hammer them,I used one myself. I have killed around 40 gobblers in my day ,did not get the thrill out of it after that success until I went to black powder. Congrats on the bird. I now use a side hammer now with the Colerain turkey barrel, it is bad medicine...
