Thanks,
I guess I'm about to find out...
Emailed Steve (or Gus) at CFN parts - he's working on a replacement source for new Omega trigger copies, but doesn't have a purchase order in place yet. Said he's sold over 300 NOS triggers in the last two years.
Late update,
Finally getting around to looking at this project - the good news:
Most of the "rust" in the pictures around the muzzle was some kind of goop (technical term) that acts like a liquid gasket material - but probably a "Habor Frieght" quality electric tape residue. It's taking some...
My LK-93s, original DISC, DISC Extreme, and Ultra Lite have all shot close enough in grouping to be a non point of discussion inside the 200 yards that Knight advertises.
I’m a guy that will notice the 10 - 12 pounds off of my spare tire before I truly notice 10 - 12 ounces of rifle weight -...
Knight has their .52s Disc Extreme rifles on sale for what you’d put in a CVA entry rifle. Lead bullets aren’t hard to come by - if you’ve put as much research in as it seems - finding the right load won’t be hard either.
The silver sabot from Knight will allow you to shoot jacketed big pistol...
Reveal X - I ran Spypoints for a number of years, and have switched over in the last 3-4 seasons.
Reveals FOV is wider, better trigger speed, and their cell plan is easy to use. I have two in Idaho on my parents place for security - no issues getting pictures or changing camera settings from...
It should - I was using multiple LK-93 for a muzzle loading program for recovering soldiers, they were light, handy and accurate. My go-to load for simplicity was 2x777 pellet and the 300 grain Hornady SST - giving a repeatable 2-3 inches at 100 yards.
The LK-II is basically the same as the...
Public Confession:
I bought the barrel, probably needed the stock more as mine has a crack/delam at the wrist - but we'll see if I got burned, or broke even when it arrives.
The pictures of the stock looked to me like the barrel channel had opened up some at the X7 taper, but I couldn't tell...
I would agree - right plug is the older type - the good news either plug will work in both rifles.
You're not "wrong" if they get switched in the clean-up process.
Ooops - two of us replying at the same time. ;)
Depends on the stocks - the bare frame is going for about $500 - 600, though they were bringing a bit more this summer.
With the Flex Tech stocks - add $250 in black, $400 in camo.
MZ Barrels are swinging from $275-600 depending on caliber and condition - seeing a number sitting now with no...
300 SST / 2 pellets of 777, and Winchester primer. 2-3 inch group at 100, and a bunch of dead deer with new muzzleloader shooters. Most were short tracks, any shoulder shots went through both sides. Easy button load in Knights
The trigger will not - the sears are distinctly different contours between the Knight plunger and Knight disc bolt guns. The trigger will bolt in place, but won’t clear the bolt.
The stock can be made to fit but it’s going to be way nose heavy, as the LK-93 forearm is pretty short.
