    Muzzle Brake issue?

    The machinist suggestion is the best one . Most time a brake will not thread on is either the wrong thread or the class of threads don’t match . In my shop I have used a tap for the brake or a die to cut the muzzle threads to a smaller thread pitch.

    Yes I did soaked in ATF and turpentine Came out with a stout twist of the tool.

    My most accurate in line is the one with the worst machine bore. I bought it from my brother. You had to hammer a conical down the bore. A .010 patch and .490 ball load and shoot great groups.     I recieved in trade a Knight rifle. It has the plastic branded stock but no breech plug or bolt. I can't find a model number and not that familier with Knight products. I don't have any picture right now. Any ideas or help -thanks
