I am shooting a CVA Accura v2 nitride barrel. 290 gr. Barnes TEZ on top of 110 gr. volume of BH 209. All 4 petals come off from the sabot on every shot. Is this anything to be concerned about?

Think I will soak a few in water and see if they will fire.

I was just curious if water would affect them like it does a #11 cap.

Can anyone tell me how 209 primers do in the rain? Will they still go off if they have been subject to rain all day? Thanks John
