    I’m trying to help. I shoot 3 shot cloverleaf accuracy, so I’m not steering you wrong. BH 209 requires a larger flame hole, hence their proprietary breech plugs. If you weren’t using one before, you honestly need to be. Blackthorn will tell you as much. Is this the answer to your issues...

    Could and should are 2 different things. With 150 grains you’ll be shooting the equivalent of a .300 Weatherby Magnum with no muzzle brake and a sporter barrel.

    Yes I’ve had one for a while. You need to order a Blackhorn 209 breech plug. Then shoot away. If I may recommend a bullet. Barnes TMZ 250 grain. I’m putting em through the same hole at 100 yards.
