Yes, closest mule deer is about about 400 miles west of here.

He sure is a looker!! All the deer I have killed in VA. look like the one in the pic to the left. He was killed Nov. 2019

This was the deer I was actually targeting, but I never saw him in person. That I know of he wasn't killed this season, so I'm looking forward to seeing him in 2021.

This was kind'a the year of the weird deer. I also had these by the same stand as the one I killed and the one above.

If I could have seen this one I'd like to have had the full hide tanned, never seen a whitetail this old with spots.
