Jerky from this year's deer. This is the last batch of venison, but now I start with pork bratwurst and then pork breakfast sausage.
 
Sorry Ed, but the brats and breakfast are next and of course I have to show them.
 
Good lookin jerky clean and lean. I just put 8lb in for marinade and will do in a couple days.

There is one smaller piece in this pile that has a wee bit of fat on it. I'll put that in the hand-out pile. lol
