Many years ago I had one I loaded and shot Barnes 168gr. TSX Max load of RL25 accurate fast and you knew when you pulled the trigger. Bought it for dream hunt out west but back and forced retirement cancelled it
I have shot them, they definitely let you know the trigger has been pulled.
Long range hunting has gotten quite popular here in Idaho, and many around here use them for long range hunting so they have the energy for elk "way out there". They are taking elk out to around 1000 yards, generally with a high B.C bullet in the 200-220 grain range. Most all of them put a muzzle brake on their setup.
