What is the heaviest/longest, cast lead, no grooves, wide meplat, hunting bullet that I am going to be able to fit into a Harvester, dark blue, .50 caliber, Crush Rib Sabot designed for .400 diameter bullets?

The number is H15040BL

I am looking for Tom at Accurate Molds to help me design a high BC hunting bullet that will fit into the dark blue sabot, will weigh in at 340 grains as cast in pure lead with no grooves, and have a meplat that is approximately 0.285" in diameter. My best guess is that such a bullet will be about 1" long, perhaps less.

For best shooting results, such a bullet will require sizing to exactly 0.400" in diameter, correct?

More like the highest BC that I can shoot out of my pistol.

I thought that a .40 cal × 385gr bullet in a sabot would have a higher BC than a .50 cal × 385gr bullet over a wad.
